Educational Seminar: HUD FAQ’S LUNCHEON

This HUD Frequently Asked Questions Session is designed to be an interactive forum for those who have a variety of experience with HUD programs. We will cover areas that commonly cause confusion and are considered “grey” areas.

INSTRUCTOR — SANDRA ALDRICH

Sandy Aldrich is a Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) through the National Affordable Housing Management Association and a National Affordable Housing Professional (NAHP). Sandy is the Occupancy Manager for Danville Development in Corporation in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has been in subsidized housing for 27 years and previously worked at the Davis County Housing Authority as a Section 8 Supervisor managing the certificate and voucher programs. Sandy has taught and developed many training courses for AHMA.
